Christmas is that special day during the year when families and friends get together around the table to celebrate the greatest gift of all – joy!
Our Chef and his team at Hotel Kennedy Nova have prepared a scrumptious Buffet Lunch for this special day.
Following a selection of apetising Antipasti, patrons will be invited to enjoy a warm Broccoli and Parmesan soup, served with Parmesan croutons. This will be followed by a choice of pasta dishes; Fusilli with prawns, zucchini, bell peppers and saffron cream sauce; and Homemade Crespelli stuffed with beef, ricotta and baby spinach.
Meat lovers will surely appreciate the mouth-watering Carvery Section where the Chef will be helping you with Peppered Roasted Aged Rib-eye of Irish Beef.
A choice of Main Dishes will then follow. You may indulge in a Traditional Roast Turkey, Steamed Perch Fillets topped with sweet cherry tomatoes, Slow cooked Lamb Shanks; and Oriental Noodles served with bell peppers, ginger & sesame oil, accompanied with spring rolls and wontons.
No lunch is complete without desert. If you crave for something sweet after a hearty meal, then you may opt for the exquisite selection of homemade flans, gateaux and tarts or a Traditional Warm Christmas pudding accompanied with brandy sauce. Otherwise, patrons may treat their taste buds to our International Cheese cart.
